Define what gets rebuilt
The scope can include affected framing, drywall, finishes and related access restoration where appropriate. Material selection and finish boundaries should be explicit.
Respect separate determinations
Insurance coverage, environmental clearance and code interpretations belong to the responsible parties. AWC’s proposal defines construction rather than promising a claim outcome.
